Employed with our firm since 1994, Shannon takes special interest in our clients and their stories. Aside from her welcoming nature, her extensive knowledge of our back-office processes and forms has been an asset to both clients and our firm. Whether it’s a general account question or a complex service request, you will find her to be responsive and knowledgeable.
If you know Shannon, you know she is a proud parent of her two high achieving children. When Shannon is not at work, she can be found with her husband outside working on their ranch, camping, or horseback riding. Her interest for helping others doesn’t stop in the office. She has volunteered for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Search and Rescue, Mounted Posse, and has enjoyed staying involved in her community.
